Throughout my journey, I've embraced a multitude of challenges with resilience, always striving for excellence. From losing my mom at the age of 17 to working multiple jobs in college to help ensure my own financial independence, my story is woven with adversities and achievements that reflect my unwavering dedication and passion.

As a student, my passion for hard work and dedication was first started, which proudly earned me the title of Valedictorian in high school and secured me top honors at The University of Georgia (UGA). These milestones speak volumes about my commitment to hard work and academic success.

In my professional role as a Communications and Technology Specialist, I thrive on projects that spark innovation and creativity. From writing to web development, I pour my heart into every task, especially when it involves building connections within the community or inspiring others to be the best they can be.

During my most recent position as Henry County 4-H Extension Agent, I poured my heart into empowering youth through education, leading to a 50%+ increase in overall participation in the 4-H program. During my time as 4-H Agent, I also introduced the first, online, interactive resource for District Project Achievement (DPA), Georgia 4-H’s public speaking and record keeping contest. This resource was a compellation of years of work combined to help students better prepare for DPA.

Beyond work, my passion for couponing and athleticism reflects my resourcefulness and drive. Couponing has been a huge passion for me throughout the past several years and was a huge help in affording college and now day-to-day life. Furthermore, my passion for athletics has led me to training for several races, playing intermural sports, and being engaged in a variety of physical activities. I also spend a great deal of my time serving the community through various charitable endeavors. Most recently, I have spent a great deal of my time serving as a Henry County Kiwanis member. Through this opportunity I have gotten to meet amazing people, serve my community, and help raise awareness and funds for various nonprofits in Henry County.
